As statutory auditors, we have qualifications in tax consulting. We prepare tax opinions, transfer pricing documentation and legal requests to tax authorities, we settle taxes to clients whom we keep books and represent them by submitting declarations.

Valuation of an enterprise or part of it is made not only for the purpose of its sale/purchase but also for the purposes of making decisions or correct compilation of financial statements (impairment tests). We prepare valuations of companies, enterprises, organized parts of the enterprise and revenue centres.

We do not leave knowledge for ourselves - we share it with our clients. The solutions we propose are discussed in detail and comprehensively with those involved on the client's side. In this way, knowledge and competence remain with our clients.

We also run "traditional" accounting training. We specialize in consolidation and cash-flow workshops.
